Unlike other medications, Alzair does not interfere with allergy testing results.This means that Alzair can be used for symptomatic relief prior to or during allergy testing.
Alzair can be safely used as an adjunct therapy with Rx and OTC nasal sprays including inhaled corticosteroids and inhaled antihistamines. Alzair should always be used after other inhaled nasal sprays and medications.
Studies show that Alzair causes alleviation of nasal symptoms and is effective in combination with an oral antihistamine, the most common treatment for Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis.
Alzair is not contraindicated in any of the following medical conditions: hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, insomnia, depression, anxiety, asthma, ADHD, ADD, pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Tell your healthcare provider about all the medicines you take, including prescription and over-the-counter nasal sprays, medications, vitamins, and herbal supplements. While Alzair has no known interactions with other medications, Alzair should always be used after other inhaled nasal sprays and medications.
